Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 3.5 oz: One tomato (100g)
  2. 3.5 oz :Two green peppers (100g)
  3. 0.35 oz: ginger
  4. 1/2 tbsp of consomme
  5. 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  6. a tea bag of white tea
  1. Place the tea bag in the pot. Pour 350ml hot water.

2. Cut peppers in half. Don’t remove the nutrient-rich seeds.

3. Slice the ginger.

4. Cut the tomato in half. Then, remove the stems. Then, cut into quarters.

5. Light the pot over the low heat. Pour the olive oil.

6. Put and brown the peppers

7. Once peppers are cooked, pour white tea and boil over middle heat.

8. Put the tomato.

9. Put the ginger slices.

10. Put the 2g sonsomme. Boil 10min over low heat.

11. After 10min, it is done!
