Cooking time: less than 10mins

A vegetable-filled soup made with yogurt and curry powder. The yogurt mellows out the taste of the curry spices. This soup is a great way to eat lots of vegetables and fill up your stomach. If you want a little sweetness, you can add honey to it. It is a very warming dish for this cold season. Please try to make it.


 

Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 3.5 oz (100g) sausage
  2. 1.7 oz (50g) cabbage
  3. 1.5 oz (40g) onion
  4. 1.7 oz (50g) frozen broccoli
  5. 1.5 oz (40g) frozen green peas
  6. 2 tsp curry powder
  7. 1/2 consomme soup stock
  8. a little salt & pepper
  9. 1 tsp grated garlic
  10. 2 tbsp yogurt
  11. 4/5 cup (200ml) water

How to cook

  1. Slice the sausage into one bite pieces.

2. Cut the cabbage into one bite pieces.

3. Mince the onion.

4. Add the cut ingredients into the heatproof bowl. Add frozen broccoli & green peas.

5. Put 2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 consomme soup stock, a little salt & pepper, 1 tsp grated garlic, 2 tbsp yogurt, and 4/5 cup (200ml) water. Mix well!

6. Wrap, leaving an air hole. Put in the microwave. Cook for 6 min!

7. Yogurt and curry powder go very well!

Point

If you want a little sweetness, you can add honey to it.
