This soup is a sausage and chicken based soup with onions and carrots that help you lose weight. Onions contain antioxidant properties such as isoaryne and keseltine. Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 2oz (60g) Asparagus
  2. 2.5oz (70g) Carrot
  3. 1.5oz (40g) Onion
  4. 3.5oz (100g) Bologna Sausage
  5. 2oz (60g) Chicken Thigh
  6. 2 tsp sesame oil
  7. 1.5cup (350ml) Water
  8. 1/2 tsp Chicken soup stock
  9. A little pepper
  10. 1/2 tsp Nampula (Thai fish sauce)
  11. A little grated garlic and ginger
  1. Cut the asparagus.

2. Cut the carrot.

3. Cut the onion.

4. Cut the bologna sausage.

5. Cut the chicken thigh.

6. Light the pot. Pour the 2 tsp sesame oil. Then, put and brown the sausage and chicken thigh.

7. Once sausage and chicken are browned, put and brown all vegetables. Fry well!

8. Once all ingredients are browned, pour 1.5 cup water. Let the water boil.

9. Once it boils, put 1/2 tsp chicken soup stock, a little pepper, 1/2 tsp Nampula, and grated garlic and ginger.

10. Boil 10 min. It is done!

The bologna sausage gives off a good broth and is very tasty!
