This is a lettuce salad with chicken breast. The chicken is steamed in the microwave with white wine to make it tender and moist. The dressing is mayonnaise mixed with mustard and salt and pepper. The mild taste of the mayonnaise is accentuated by the flavor of the mustard, making it easy to eat more and more. It is a very healthy and tasty dish. Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 5 oz (140g) chicken breast
  2. a little salt & pepper
  3. 2 tbsp white wine
  4. 1.5 oz (45g) lettuce
  5. 2.5 oz (70g) small tomatoes


  1. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 tbsp mustard
  3. a little salt & pepper
  1. Use a fork to poke holes in the chicken. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and pat and rub it with your hands. Turn the chicken over and do the same. Place the chicken in a heatproof container. Pour in the white wine and close the lid.

2. Cut the lettuce into pieces of about 1/2 inch (1 cm). Cut the small tomatoes into quarters.

3. Next, make the dressing. Add mustard to mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

4. Place the chicken in a heatproof container in the microwave oven. Cook for 2 minutes at 600 W. If you are using 1000 W microwave, cook for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Remove the heatproof container from the microwave, open the lid, and flip the chicken over. Close the lid again and place in the microwave oven for 2 minutes at 600W. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the container and set aside until it is off the heat. After removing the heat, cut into 1/8 inch (3 mm) pieces.

5. Place the chopped lettuce and small tomatoes on a plate. Place the steamed chicken slices. Drizzle with dressing. It’s ready to serve.
