I like walking! I walk 30 minutes everyday.

To get a healthy body, I need to exercise. In particular, walking is a great exercise.

Today’s soup is called “Bacon and Edamame soup ~Earl grey flavor~”.

I used one tea bag of Earl Grey to make a soup.

So, I used the Earl grey tea for my soup. The umami of the bacon and the bitterness of the tea combine to create a very elegant taste.

Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. Frozen Edamame 100g
  2. Bacon 100g
  3. One teabag of Earl Grey
  4. Consomme 2g
  5. 2 teaspoon of olive oil

How to cook

  1. Cut the bacon into thick slices

2. Place the teabag into the teapot.

Pour 400ml of hot water.

Wait 5 minutes. Remove the teabag.

3. Light the pot over low heat.

Pour olive oil.

4. Place and brown the bacon slices.

5. Put the edamame

6. Pour the Earl Grey from the teapot

7. Add consomme.

Boil over middle heat.

8. Once it boiled, wait 2 minutes.

9. Then it is done.
