  1. 2 Lettuce leaves (2oz)
  2. 1.5oz (40g) frozen corn
  3. One canned tuna (2oz, 60g)
  4. 1 tsp chicken soup stock
  5. 1 tsp soy sauce
  6. 1 cup water


  1. Cut the lettuce into one-bite pieces.
