Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 2.5oz (70g) Frozen Seafood Mix
  2. 1.5oz (40g) celery
  3. 1.5oz (40g) bell pepper
  4. 1.5oz (40g) green onion
  5. 1 cup (250ml) water
  6. 1 tsp chicken soup stock
  7. 1 tsp grated ginger
  8. 2 tsp white wine
  1. Cut the celery.

2. Cut the bell pepper.

3. Cut the green onion.

4. Pour 1 cup water. Light the pot over middle heat.

5. Put seafood mix and add the chopped vegetables.

6. Take lye sometimes.

7. Once it boils, pour the chicken soup stock and grated ginger.

8. Then, pour white wine.

9. After adding the seasoning, cook for 2 minutes and it’s ready to go!
