Cooking time: less than 10mins

I made the soup with all frozen food except tofu😉. This is a quick and easy to make miso soup🍲, even on a busy day. Roughly chop the tofu and green beans with a knife, season them and put them in the microwave, and you’re done. Tofu is great after a workout because it provides a good source of plant-based protein💪. Also, miso is a fermented food, so it’s great for weight loss because it helps improve metabolism. Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 1.5 oz (40g) frozen green beans
  2. 3.5 oz (100g) tofu
  3. 3.5 oz (100g) frozen seafood mix
  4. 1.5 oz (40g) frozen corn
  5. 1 tsp consomme soup stock
  6. 1 tbsp miso
  7. 2 tsp white wine
  8. 4/5 cup (200ml) water

Preparation of the ingredients

  1. Cut the green beans in half.

2. Cut the tofe into one bite pieces.

Put the all ingredients into the heatproof bowl!

1 tsp conomme soup stock

1 tbsp miso
2 tsp white wine

4/5 cup (200ml) water

  1. Mix well.

2. Put the lid

3. Cook for 6 min!

4. After 6 min, it is done!


This soup is made with mostly frozen seafood and frozen vegetables. It’s very easy to make. However, due to the fact that it is frozen, it may not be warm enough for some microwaves. If you cook it in the microwave and it’s not warm, reheat it one minute at a time.
