Saute mushrooms and shrimp in olive oil. Place fried shrimp and mushrooms on top of Young Leaves and drizzle with garlic mayonnaise dressing. The garlic flavor matches the fried mushrooms and shrimp and is very tasty.

Ingredients for 1 serving

  1. 1 oz (30g) mushroom
  2. 3 oz (85g) small tomatoes
  3. 2 tsp olive oil
  4. 3.5 oz (100g) frozen shrimp (Thawed)
  5. 1 oz (30g) young green leaves (any leaves you like)
  6. 1 tbsp cheese powder

Dressing

  1. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  3. a little salt & pepper
  4. 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  1. Cut up the mushrooms. They should be about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick. Next, remove the heads from the small tomatoes. If you remove the heads before washing the tomatoes, the nutrients will flow out. Be sure to remove the heads after washing. Cut the small tomatoes into quarters. Thaw the frozen shrimp. If there is any black-colored spines left on the back of the shrimp, please remove them.

2. Set the frying pan to medium heat. Add the shrimp and mushrooms and saute thoroughly. When the shrimp and mushrooms are browned, remove them to a plate.

3. Add lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper, and grated garlic to the mayonnaise and mix well.

4. Place the young green leaves on the plate. Place the small tomatoes. Place the fried shrimp and mushrooms. Put the dressing and sprinkle with cheese powder to finish.
