Simple ingredients: We try to use seasonal vegetables as much as possible. If this is not possible, use frozen vegetables.

 Simple process: There is no chopping or potage process in my soup. We cut the vegetable and meat roughly. This is because you need to chew the vegetables and meat. Chewing increases the feeling of fullness in our stomach.

Simple taste: We try to keep the seasoning as simple as possible and keep the flavors of the ingredients in mind. If the flavor is too weak, add pepper or other spices instead of salt. Too much salt is not a good thing.

  2. Intermediate level: Make any two meal of the day just soup. We recommend that you only eat soup in the morning and evening.
  3. Hard level: Make all meal of the day just soup. It’s very hard, so I recommend trying it for a short period of time, only one week.

Exercise

Do some light exercise that you can do every day. For example, walking for about 30 minutes. Simply switching your commute to walking or bicycling will do the trick. You can have your daily activities included in the 30 minutes. For example, cleaning, housework, shopping, going up and down the stairs, etc. Aim for a total of at least 30 minutes of activity.
