I added tofu to the miso soup, which is said to be good for weight loss, to make it even more effective. Ingredients for 1 serving
- 1.5oz (40g) bean sprouts
- 1.5oz (40g) spinach
- 4oz (100g) tofu
- 4oz (100g) minced chicken
- 1 tsp chicken soup stock
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tsp white wine
- 4/5 cup (200ml) water
How to prepare ingredients
- Cut the bean sprouts into one bite-sized pieces

- Put 4oz (100g) minced chicken

3. Pour 2 tsp white wine
4. Mix well
5. Put the lid
6. Put it in the microwave and cook for 6 min.
7. After 6 min, it is done! This soup is very easy and quick to make!
